The solution needed to fit with the company’s own processes and systems and had to have the qualities and character to fit with their vision for employee education—training that would be interactive, relatable and walk the learners through authentic scenarios that could prepare them for real-life situations. And it had to be the kind of teaching that would prompt reflection, discussion and personal follow-up. The challenge was to find something turnkey that could also live up to the organization’s high standards for employee education.
Moving quickly without sacrifice
A preview of Kantola’s course showed that it had the qualities that the company wanted in a training solution.
