Kantola is honored to announce being awarded six Telly Awards for our Harassment Prevention and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion eLearning courses—produced in partnership with Littler, the world’s largest employment law firm.
The Telly Awards honor “excellence in video and television across all screens.” With over 12,000 entries from around the world, this year’s competition was impressive. Other winners ranged from The Wall Street Journal, to MSNBC, Fox Entertainment, and Sony Music Entertainment.
Both our Harassment Prevention and Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion eLearning courses won for the categories of general training, craft directing, and craft writing. We pride ourselves on combining top Hollywood talent and instructional design with Littler’s deep legal expertise, to create the highest quality and most engaging eLearning experience available. Our 100% compliant courses are refreshed yearly with new videos, sets, actors and relatable, real-life stories. The significance of these awards are not lost on us.
As many of us return to set, our view of the world is different. Companies now have refreshed workflows and offerings, direct results from needing to pivot during a global pandemic. Creators have retooled and strengthened their skills, and are now working with a refreshed skillset and sense of creativity to tell innovative stories across platforms. More diverse voices have been tapped to lead behind the camera and below-the-line. Today, the quality of video work is measured using a new set of values that consider impact on a global scale.
